About Hutson Systems is a small business based in Taranaki, New Zealand. We specialise in developing Windows based Scientific/Engineering software tools for engineers, technicians and hobbyists. In addition, we do contract design and development work for several local businesses. PCB Designer, a printed circuit layout application for Windows based PCs was released in May 1999, has been sold to many customers all over the world. Now renamed as Rimu PCB for the latest version, this product continues to evolve with the help of feedback from our users. Also available is Rimu Schematic, a high quality electronic schematic capture
application for PCs. This tool can be used to create presentation quality schematics,
and is capable of exporting the schematic connectivity to PCB layout tools, PLD
compilers and simulators.
